It's congratulations to McConnell's cueist, Johnny Mackay. The 24 year old (pictured right) swept aside allcomers to become the 2011/2012 Ballyclare and District individual Blackball Champion. Johnny wins the top prize of £160 plus an invitation to the Northern Ireland Masters. After a tight game with veteran Gary Neeson in the Last 8, Mackay never missed a ball as he only dropped 1 frame out of the next 8 in the Semi Final and Final. He is now on for a coveted double as he is currently leading the League Player of the Year race.
